Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with necessary information and resources.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Help organize training and development programs for employees.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in an HR role is an advantage, but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
