JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations across Business Unit-operated facilities. This role ensures the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cost-effective, aligned, and efficient security systems, policies, and procedures. The Security Manager also plays a key role in risk management, emergency response planning, and strategic engagement with external security stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Oversight

Lead and manage security operations across all HMDC facilities, ensuring consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and systems.

Policy Alignment

Ensure alignment of all site-level security policies and procedures with corporate standards and best practices.

Process & Technology Optimization

Identify, recommend, and implement new security processes, systems, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and resource use.

Strategic Direction & Training

Provide strategic guidance for employee security training, awareness programs, emergency response, and security incident management.

Contract Compliance & Governance

Approve monthly contract compliance reviews and conduct quarterly evaluations of the Security Governance Framework (SGF) at each site in coordination with Security Executives (SEs) and Maintenance Operations Managers (MOMs).

Risk Assessment

Conduct periodic risk analyses to evaluate threats, hazards, and security vulnerabilities across all HMDC sites. Establish and implement appropriate countermeasures.

Reporting

Submit regular reports on the status and performance of security operations across all HMDC BU facilities.

Stakeholder Engagement

Lead initiatives to foster strategic partnerships with industry leaders, policy makers, and other key stakeholders impacting security operations.

Intelligence & Threat Sharing

Promote a culture of information and intelligence sharing with military, law enforcement, and emergency response agencies to validate and mitigate current and emerging threats to HMDC assets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
