Project-based: 6 months (Subject for extension)

Responsibilities:

● Manual Collection Handling:

○ Review and validate completeness of information in the collection file provided by the

requestor.

○ Validate each item as against the Merchant's wallet balance or the amount to be settled

to the Merchants bank nominated bank account whichever is applicable.

○ Processing of wallet adjustment or offsetting as against bank credit whichever is

applicable.

○ Keep records on file on all status of collection efforts and provide such to proponents.

● Communication and Collaboration

○ Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Account Manager or Product Owner.

○ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Treasury operations, Customer Support).

○ Provide clarity on the manual collection handling process.

○ Address merchant inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly.

● Reporting and Analysis:

○ Generate reports on the result of the collection process.

○ Timely and accurate submission of required reports and analysis to all concerned

parties.

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business related course.

● Experience:

○ 1-2 years experience in Network Disputes and Customer Concerns handling preferred,

but open to new graduates

● Skills and Attributes:

○ Microsoft and Google Applications Skills

○ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Flexible and Adaptable
