  • Responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure including networks, servers, data storage, and hardware.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software systems, and applications using Linux . open source and Windows Operating system
  • Responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of IT resources, and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Responsible for the Development and executing a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for checking and identifying emerging technologies and trends, and evaluating their potential to enhance business processes and operations.
  • Responsible for Establishing and enforcing IT security policies, protocols, and best practices to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
  • Responsible for Monitoring and assessment of potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and implementing measures to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors/suppliers for the inquiry and purchase of IT hardware and software

Requirements:

  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT management, including team leadership and project management.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in network administration, system administration, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving effective solutions to complex IT challenges.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in hardware and software maintenance
  • Certifications in related fields (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, AWS, Fortinet) are an advantage.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule and weekends overtime.
  • Preferably can start ASAP
