Job Summary

The position is responsible for overseeing the section's performance in delivering basic technical services to the Sales Division, within the agreed lead times. These services include design and analysis using computer-aided design (CAD) software, based on requests from customers or the project management team, and required by both the Sales Division and Installation Group.

The role also involves preparing accurate material and labor cost quotations, as well as generating cutting lists necessary for job order processing across SFPI product lines. Ensures high accuracy in interpreting plans, sketches, and field measurements, and in quantifying building materials according to standard estimating parameter guidelines. Additionally, the position provides technical support to the Sales team regarding product specifications and applications.

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer with a relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the design of cold-formed products.
  • Membership or affiliation with structural engineering organizations such as ASEP or PICE is a strong advantage.
  • Background in the metal building products industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in interpreting plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine structural codes and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills; capable of managing day-to-day technical operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate well to all levels of the organization.
  • Able to maintain a strategic view while managing detailed technical tasks (macro and micro perspective).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
