Job Summary:
Establishes enterprise-wide Human Capital strategy while driving the development and day-to-day operation of the Human Capital and Administration. Provides guidance, support, and advice on a variety of HC disciplines and work closely with management committee to ensure HC effectiveness and maintain a positive culture. Leads the Human Capital initiatives to provide an employee-oriented, high- performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
  • Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
  • Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend human resource outsourcing opportunities and identify potential vendors.
  • Maintain and develop a candidate pool for MRT and OMRT positions for succession planning.
  • Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
  • Oversee the entire company's learning development program through various internal and external trainings such as LOMA, Harvard ManageMentor, LESA, etc.
  • Oversee the daily administrative functions of the company such as messengerial services, janitorial services, etc. and if it is related to ESG.
  • Evaluate and recommend ESG initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership position, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong background in organizational development, employee engagement, and culture building.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
