We are seeking an experienced
Finance Director
to lead all financial, accounting, and compliance activities for our operations in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic business support, contributing directly to the company's growth and operational excellence in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee statutory and consolidated accounting, including P&L preparation, month-end and year-end closings, financial reporting, and audit processes.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Manage treasury operations, including cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
  • Oversee tax compliance (withholding taxes, VAT, customs duties, etc.) in collaboration with Group support functions.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of Philippine operations.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver detailed financial and analytical reports, including cost optimization, gross margin analysis, and KPI monitoring.

Internal Control & Compliance

  • Ensure finance and accounting processes comply with Group standards and local statutory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain an effective internal control and risk management framework.
  • Reinforce governance practices and fraud prevention measures.
  • Review and strengthen Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience / Education

  • Qualified senior accountant (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with experience in a multinational organization or Big 4 audit firm.
  • Proven expertise in IFRS and consolidation accounting.

Specific Skills / Knowledge

  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in financial leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to partner effectively with regional and senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Highly analytical, meticulous, and skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.

Business Understanding & Influence

  • Deep understanding of value creation levers, cost optimization, and balanced risk-reward decision-making.
  • Strong ethical standards with a commitment to integrity and compliance.
