JOB SUMMARY:

  • Field-based

  • Guide local Area Broker Coordinators across each province to achieve activation goals, margin delivery, and broker engagement

  • Align province-level strategies under broader region road maps—maintain consistency across events, campaigns, and internal communications

  • Field execution lead and analytical escalation liaison

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of coordination experience, including 2 years managing multi-project or territory-level broker management
  • Mastered Microsoft Office especially Excel-based dashboards, plus PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Strategic thinker with a flair for coaching and cross-province execution
  • Skilled in synthesizing field insights and corporate dashboards for senior leaders
  • Well – versed with the industry indicators in the area of assignment
  • With extensive broker connections in the area of assignment
