JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a
Boeing 737 Next Generation (B737NG) Rated Engineer
to join our growing team of aviation professionals. This role is critical to maintaining the safety, airworthiness, and operational excellence of our B737NG fleet. The successful candidate will have
a valid B737NG type rating with authorization to perform work
, alongside solid hands-on experience and strong technical knowledge across various aircraft systems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B737NG Type Rating Certification – Must have type rating and authorized to work on B737NG aircraft
  • Associate or BS-AMT Degree and Valid CAAP License – Preferably with a specialization in aircraft maintenance
  • Proven Experience – Minimum of 5 years working on B737NG aircraft in a professional capacity
  • Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of powerplant, avionics, hydraulics, and structural systems related to the B737NG fleet
  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with aviation regulatory standards and safety protocols (CAAP, FAA, EASA)
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve mechanical and technical issues efficiently
  • Attention to Detail – Commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality in aircraft servicing
  • Team Player – Works effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth maintenance operations
