Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations, working with social media platforms, and using technology tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Facebook, Google, etc.). Leadership, assertiveness, and integrity.

Ability to manage and work with others throughout the organization. Responsibilities:Deliver new enrollments for Grade 10 (Senior High School) and 1st

Year College (8 BS programs in Health Care, Psychology, Business), targeting over 1,000 students at the start of each academic year. Maintain and improve relationships with key accounts, including public and private schools, the Department of Education, the Commission on Higher Education, and students in Region 6.

Provide management insights on emerging needs and wants of different market segments and guide decisions on target markets, product offerings, pricing, and communication strategies. Create strategic sales plans and implement programs annually. Manage the sales force budget, including representation, giveaways, brochures, events, campus visits, sponsorships, travel, etc.

Manage a team of 3 Career Coaches (Salespersons), a Customer Relations Officer, a Secretary, and two clerks. During peak activity, the team is supplemented with project-based personnel, reaching up to twelve members. Responsible for developing the competencies of the team.

Coordinate plans and activities with the Marketing and Communication department. Ensure the college connects with 20,000 Grade 10 and Grade 12 students annually via Career Coaches, social media, events, etc. Participate as a member of the President's Council (Executive Committee).
