Store Supervisor

About the role

This is a fulltime Store Supervisor role at Bayanilife Inc.'s location in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales performance. This is a key role within the business, contributing to the overall success of the Bayanilife Inc. retail network.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and lead a team of retail associates to deliver an outstanding customer experience
2. Manage staff scheduling, training and performance to optimise productivity and efficiency
3. Monitor and analyse store sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
4. Ensure store merchandising and visual displays are maintained to Bayanilife Inc.'s standards
5. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
6. Implement and monitor store policies, procedures and health & safety protocols
7. Support the Store Manager in driving the overall performance and growth of the store

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
4. Solid numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify opportunities
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store standards
6. Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
7. Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and inventory management
