Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding company standards in all aspects of store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support store staff to ensure high performance and smooth daily operations
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse for replenishment
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and merchandising standards
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours
• Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns
