DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing administrative duties, including sorting and dispatching mail.
- Monitoring office supply levels and procuring new items as necessary.
- Handling incoming phones calls.
- Recording and relaying messages.
- Ensuring the office operates efficiently.
- Arranging meeting and distributing invites to participants.
- Input and update data in various systems maintaining accuracy and confidentially.
- Provide support to clients and visitors by addressing inquires and resolving issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate effectiveness in office coordination.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong skills in time managements and multitasking.
- Familiarity with office applications and a willingness to learn new software and systems.
- Capability to uphold confidentiality of company data.
