Opportunity Overview:

Oversees the activities in the Repair Operations.Monitor and evaluate team and employee performance in alignment with yearly goals.Identify and allocate required resources (workforce, systems, materials, and equipment) to meet production requirements.Provide onboarding and training for new team members.Establish strategic goals for the team that align with the company's overall goals.Achieve financial targets by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, reviewing variances, and initiating corrective actions.Maintain quality service by upholding quality and customer service standards; identifying and resolving issues; reviewing trends; and recommending system improvements.Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, prioritizing tasks, monitoring progress, revising schedules, and resolving issues.Ensure equipment is operational and maintained according to schedule.Drive process improvement initiatives.Coordinate production and strategic planning activities.Ensure workplace safety, effective use of company assets, and a well-maintained work environment.

BS Degree on either electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering.At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role.Proficient in the use of various MS Apps, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VisioProficient data analysis.Works well with people within and outside the organization.
