Role Overview
We're looking for a part-time Business Development Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting outreach, and booking qualified discovery calls with company decision-makers. This is not a high-pressure sales role—it's about building connections with the right people and helping open the door for our founder to close the deal.

You will work directly with the CEO and have access to templates, messaging scripts, and tools to support your success. This is an outcome-driven role: we care more about results (calls booked) than hours spent.

Key Responsibilities
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify target companies and decision-makers based on set criteria

Send personalized connection requests and messages daily using proven scripts

Follow up with leads to encourage responses and book intro calls

Maintain a lead tracker (we'll provide the template) to log outreach, responses, and call status

Communicate with the CEO weekly to report metrics and suggest improvements

Update CRM or internal tracker with notes on lead status, follow-up dates, and call results

Success in This Role Looks Like:
50–75 new qualified leads added to outreach list weekly

100–150 personalized outreach messages sent per week

3–5 discovery calls booked weekly

High responsiveness to leads and strong communication with our team

Attention to detail, tracking, and consistent follow-up

Requirements
Excellent written English and communication skills

Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and/or Sales Navigator

Basic understanding of B2B outreach and the sales process

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in reporting

Bonus if you've worked with consultants, coaches, recruiters, or in B2B environments

Hours and Compensation
Hours: 10–12 hours per week to start

Hourly Rate: $5 USD/hour

Bonuses:

$10–$20 per completed discovery call booked

$100–$250 per closed client signed (depending on deal value)
