The Operations Manager is responsible for all operations aspects of Suyen's new Asian Restaurant Brand- from operations quality, maintaining operations and products standards to driving financial performance from revenue to profitability including with Brand's principals.

Job Role

  • Operations Management - oversee day-to-day operations of multiple outlets and drive performance through Brand Standards

  • Quality Assurance - upkeep quality of products in all outlets, ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and high customer service

  • People Management - plan outlet structures according to outlet size and anticipated sales volume/demand

  • Financial Management - manage all operating costs with Store Operations Team, achieve targeted KPIs, and project sales

  • Brand Management - adhere to Brand Standards to Operations to Brand Identity and coordinate with them for performance status and Brand updates

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Entrepreneurship, and other similar related F&B or Business programs

  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced in Food & Beverage Management (Casual Dining or Fast Food Chain)

  • With Marketing background from an operations point of view

  • With excellent understanding of P&L and numbers, analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills and must be a good team player

Salary: From Php 50,000.00 per month
