We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Construction Admin Virtual Assistant to support project operations through accurate quoting, scheduling, documentation, and blueprint interpretation. You will play a key role in ensuring job orders are prepared, coordinated, and completed efficiently across residential and commercial projects.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- Background in Electrical Engineering is a plus, but not required.
- With at least 3 years of experience in admin, coordination, or project support roles (local experience welcomed).
- Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using tools like BlueBeam and Google Suite.
- Amenable to work onsite (IT Park, Cebu City/ Robinson Cybergate Delta, Davao City)
- Prepare accurate quotations based on project requirements.
- Compare prices, proposals, and supplier options.
- Schedule and coordinate job orders to ensure timely project execution.
- Handle data entry, documentation, and file management.
- Read and interpret blueprints for both residential and commercial projects.
- Book, track, and manage job orders from end to end.
