Virtual Receptionist

Full-time, Monday - Friday 8AM-6PM PST

Hey there I am looking for self-motivated, hard-working, and positive individuals to be a Receptionist as apart of my company's scheduling team. We are a marketing agency that assists in calling their new leads and scheduling them in.

**Requirements:**

- Clear and fluent English with an American accent or similar is utterly the #1 hiring factor.

**Responsibilities:**

- Calling Facebook & Google leads within 5 minutes or less that are interested in receiving services.
- Manually texting and responding to messages of leads within our CRM.
- Executing 5 follow up calls within 3 days of them initially entering our CRM.
- Communicating with me throughout the day on updates and conveying your results/feedback.
- Maintaining/updating leads within each client CRM account.

**BONUSES***

This section is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. You will be paid $10 ADDITIONALLY per showed appointment. Because we run a decent amount of ad spend per client, this will definitely help to hopefully motivate your performance.

(Expect an extra $100 per month if performance metrics are reached)
