Call Hero Technologies Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Virtual Receptionist to join our growing team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a remote position, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Please be advised that our company is currently looking for candidates without engagement with other clients or companies. The role may also involve Saturday shifts.

Work Schedule:
> 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (EST)
> Saturday shift (EST) – to be discussed
> Working hours between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST

** Qualifications:

> Call Center experience is required
> Experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dental) is a plus
> Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills (American or neutral accent preferred)
> Strong phone handling and interpersonal skills
> Persistent, proactive, and highly motivated
> Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
> Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems or Jane App is a plus
> Experience in insurance verification and billing is an advantage
> Flexible schedule and dependable internet connection
> Must have a noise-cancelling headset

** Responsibilities:

> Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
> Manage appointment calendars and patient schedules
> Gather information from new patients
> Provide excellent customer service across communication channels
> Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
> Ensure accurate and complete information is recorded using appropriate tools
