  • Workset-up: Permanent Work from Home
  • Hours: 9:30AM-6:30PM (M-F, Half day on Saturdays)

Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin with strong recruitment experience, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia markets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in full-cycle recruitment across various roles and be familiar with different hiring platforms commonly used in Singapore and Malaysia. Beyond recruitment, this role will also support HR functions including onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments, with a strong focus on hiring in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Draft and post job ads on platforms relevant to Singapore and Malaysia markets
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate selection processes.
  • Support onboarding, HR policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in performance review cycles and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide support in payroll and benefits administration when needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1-2 years HR or or admin or recruitment experience preferred
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable in handling confidential information.
  • Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection (if working remotely).

KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Timely posting of job ads and processing of candidate applications.
  • Accurate and updated recruitment trackers and HR files.
  • Smooth coordination of interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Organized and complete HR documentation and filing.
  • Consistent support to HR team across administrative tasks.
