As a Facilities Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to safety and environmental
standards. You will be the bridge between our department and operations team, coordinating the maintenance and improvement of our site
facilities. Your dedication will help us achieve our departmental objectives and maintain a productive, safe, and sustainable working
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program Coordination: Serve as a liaison for the department, coordinating the prerequisites for various programs and functions.
• Team Oversight: Assist in supervising the day-to-day activities of the facilities support team, inspecting work for operational efficiency.
• Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the maintenance, refresh, and improvements of site facilities, ensuring a high standard of workplace
environment.
• Preventive Maintenance: Coordinate schedules for critical equipment maintenance to prevent operational disruptions.
• Pest Control Management: Manage pest treatment programs to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Energy Efficiency: Monitor and implement measures for energy consumption and efficiency to support sustainability initiatives.
• Relationship Management: Maintain positive relations with landlords and vendors, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
• Safety and Environmental Standards Compliance: Ensure workplace safety standards are met, aligning with ISO 45001/14001 requirements.
• Environmental Compliance: Act as the site Pollution Control Officer, leading local and national environmental compliance efforts.
• Sustainability: Lead and Support the site's Sustainability projects and goals, reflecting our commitment to environmental stewardship.
• Work Environment Measurement (WEM): Facilitate the WEM at the site, evaluating environmental factors to ensure a healthy and safe work
environment.
• Energy Management: Serve as the site's Energy Conservation Officer or Energy Manager, promoting energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Documentation: Maintain and update housekeeping and maintenance checklists, uploading documents and evidence for compliance.
• Permit Renewal: Ensure timely renewal of LGU permits and licenses to adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Work Permitting: Handle work permitting and gate pass processing, facilitating operational efficiency.
• Landlord Coordination: Manage communications and coordination with the landlord for site-related matters.
• Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with third-party vendors, reviewing preventive maintenance reports and recommending site repairs and
improvements.
• Emergency Preparedness: Ensure the site is prepared for emergencies and disasters through effective planning and readiness measures.
• Emergency Management Plan: Lead the update and implementation of the Facilities Emergency Management Plan, ensuring the site is
prepared for any emergency.
This role is crucial for maintaining the operational integrity of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and sustainable working environment for all
employees.
