Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, walls, and ceilings
  • Sanitizing: Disinfect surfaces, toilets, sinks, and mirrors
  • Waste removal: Empty trash cans, sort, recycle, and compost waste
  • Maintenance: Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs or unclogging pipes
  • Safety: Check for safety hazards and report deficiencies to maintenance
  • Groundskeeping: Remove snow, tend to grass and plants, and clean walkways and parking areas
  • Supplies: Stock cleaning and maintenance supplies, and restock restrooms with toilet paper and paper towels
  • Systems: Check that heating, cooling, and ventilation systems are working

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift heavy items
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to follow safety protocols
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
  • Basic maintenance knowledge
  • Highschool or Vocational Graduate

Job Type: Full-time
