We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager specializing in IT Data Analytics to lead advisory and audit engagements, support client relationships, and guide a growing team of IT audit professionals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex IT environments, has strong analytical skills, and can deliver actionable insights aligned with industry and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

IT Audit & Data Analytics Leadership

  • Lead engagements covering Data Analytics, IT governance, IT risks, IT general controls (ITGC), and application controls.
  • Understand complex IT environments to support business development and client management efforts.
  • Act as subject matter expert for advisory engagements requiring IT and DA expertise.

Client Management & Project Oversight

  • Coordinate with clients across all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
  • Review work programs, audit documentation, reports, and deliverables prepared by the audit team.
  • Present audit findings and collaborate with clients to design practical solutions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide technical guidance and mentor less-experienced team members.
  • Foster teamwork, motivate staff, and maintain high performance standards.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

Research & Regulatory Awareness

  • Stay updated on relevant business, technology, and industry trends.
  • Maintain knowledge of advisory best practices and emerging regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) required; additional IT certifications are an advantage.
  • Background in accounting & auditing is strongly preferred.

Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in IT audit/assessment, including ITGC reviews, SAP/Oracle application audits, SOC reporting, or similar engagements.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, IT controls, and IT risk frameworks.
  • Experience with data lifecycle processes: sourcing, management, quality, reporting, analytics.
  • Experience validating or developing data models (Python, SAS, R preferred).
  • Regulatory knowledge (BSP, SOX, Basel, etc.) preferred.
  • Exposure to AML or fraud monitoring systems is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Data & Analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Python is an advantage.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, and analysis skills.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing abilities.
  • Ability to lead and coach team members.
  • Project management experience across multiple engagements.
  • Willing to support global projects and shifting schedules.
