Key responsibilities

  • Operating MHE: Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move materials and products.
  • Loading and unloading: Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and other sources.
  • Material placement: Move products and materials to their designated storage areas or staging zones.
  • Equipment maintenance: Conduct daily inspections of MHE to ensure it is in good working order and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Safety compliance: Adhere strictly to all company-specific safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Inventory and accuracy: Support warehouse operations by ensuring materials are moved accurately and on time, and help with tasks like picking, put-away, and replenishment.
  • Documentation: Read and understand shipping documents, safety guidelines, and other relevant paperwork.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Valid MHE or forklift operator certification/license and NC2 Holder
  • Previous experience operating one or more types of MHE.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling best practices.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and potentially warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
