What You'll Be Doing
Be part of our client's team as a Member Support Assistant, where you'll provide timely and professional customer service across email, chat, and social media. You'll ensure members feel supported, resolve inquiries with care, and help maintain the reputation of one of the world's leading fitness communities.

What You'll Bring to the Team
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- 6-12 months of social media support experience
- Strong communication skills to represent global fitness brands across social platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Respond to email, chatbot, reasonable directions provided by the companand Direct Message (DM) inquiries across multiple brands and social media channels
- Provide current and relevant product information to members
- Provide general guidance and support on health and fitness
- Address payment queries, disputes, refunds, and cancellation requests
- Investigate and manage fraudulent sales
- Troubleshoot, report, and test app errors and bugs affecting functionality and user experience
- Test new updates and provide feedback to the product team
- Liaise with the Development Team to report and investigate issues
- Liaise with the Content Team for specialized inquiries, including exercise-specific questions
- Monitor brand and trainer accounts in real time across all relevant social media platforms
- Moderate posts and comments from the community and the public
- Respond to reviews, tags, and Page posts
- Manage the reputation of the brand and trainers
- Engage with the Marketing, Engineering, and Product Teams by providing feedback and communicating efficiently for timely resolutions
- Maintain awareness of social media trends, hot topics, and viral campaigns to manage risks and identify opportunities
- Monitor and respond to online media presence including blog comments, forum discussions, app reviews, and feedback
- Assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures and guidelines for Member Support
- Perform tasks as requested by the Member Support Manager and Team Leader
- Carry out any othery
