Our Philippines Team:
We support trading and investment companies in the financial technology sector. Our team is expanding, as we currently handle global accounts and are aiming to provide 24/7 support. The Philippines team is an extension of our teams in Taiwan and Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels (live chat, phone, email, and social media).
- Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of our products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Coordinate with colleagues as needed to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide top-notch support.
- Go the extra mile to resolve client inquiries.
- Handle technical, troubleshooting, and trading-related issues for platforms like MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
- Take ownership of tasks and show proactivity.
- Be flexible with working hours, including weekends as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong decision-making skills are an advantage.
- Experience in financial services (FX/CFDs) is preferred.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
- Customer service experience is highly desired.
- Availability to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must have full working rights and be willing to work onsite daily.
