Job Title: Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time | Between 8:30AM – 5:00PM EST

About the Role:

A Customer Service Associate with a passion for skincare and wellness. This role requires someone who can deliver an exceptional customer experience — providing knowledgeable, compassionate, and accurate support to clients through phone and online inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a background in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty, and can confidently communicate the value and benefits of the company's products. The candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through product features, usage, and navigation while ensuring a warm and professional interaction every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Handle an average of 30–40 inbound and outbound calls daily, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding product details, device usage, troubleshooting, and basic skincare recommendations.
  • Support customers with order inquiries, returns, and after-sales questions.
  • Maintain a helpful, empathetic, and brand-aligned communication style in every interaction.

Product Knowledge & Brand Representation

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, technology, and benefits.
  • Communicate effectively about skincare concepts and device functionality using accurate terminology.
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Log customer interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical or complex concerns promptly.
  • Track recurring issues and share insights to help improve customer experience and support documentation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in ongoing product and customer service training.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and potential service enhancements.
  • Stay updated with new product launches, skincare trends, and wellness innovations relevant to the brand.

Qualifications & Ideal Traits:

  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
  • Education: Background in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or Wellness is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional phone manner with strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare products, beauty devices, and common industry terminologies.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using systems, call software, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Personality: Empathetic, patient, and solutions-driven; capable of managing multiple calls and inquiries efficiently.

Working Environment:

  • Schedule: Between 8:30AM – 5:00PM EST, with flexibility depending on call volume.
  • Remote Role: Work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Performance-Focused: Expectation to handle 30–40 calls daily while maintaining high service quality.
