SugarTech Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Officer located in Pasig. The Inside Sales Officer plays a key role in driving top-of-the-funnel activity for our IT solutions business. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by nurturing early-stage opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B outreach and a solid understanding of IT services—including business process automation, enterprise software (e.g., ERP, HRIS, digital platforms, SaaS), and other innovative digital solutions. Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in IT or B2B environments.

Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, , Lusha, etc. Skills: Strong research and data mining abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with IT solutions and ability to explain technical services to prospects. Comfortable with outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

Organized, goal-driven, capable of managing multiple prospects. Job Role & Responsibilities Research and identify potential B2B clients through online platforms, industry databases, and inbound inquiries. Initiate outbound communication via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate interest and qualify leads.

Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation strategies with ongoing campaigns. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update the CRM regularly. Set appointments or hand off leads to Business Development or Sales Executives.

Track, analyze, and report on lead generation KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, contact-to-lead ratio). Stay updated on industry trends and the company's IT product offerings.
