Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Process invoices orders accurately and timely.

 Notate vital information on Purchase Orders (PO) for non-AutoZone deals.

 Collate all invoices processed daily into a monitoring sheet for tracking purposes.

 Conduct ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) calls to confirm shipment or delivery updates.

 Monitor credits received from remanufacturers – verify details and forward for further action.

 Schedule defect pickups with carriers and ensure timely coordination with all parties involved.

 Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in after-sales support, order processing, logistics coordination or customer service

- Knowledge with the autoparts

- Strong conflict resolution and customer management skills

- Quick in adapting various tools

- Has good communication skills and keen into details
