Position Title: Video Editor, Graphic Designer

Position Overview: We're seeking a creative and organised Video Editor and Graphic Designer to support our marketing and administrative operations. This role combines video editing, graphic design, and general administrative tasks to help us maintain our strong brand presence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing

  • Edit promotional videos, property tours, client testimonials, and social media content
  • Work primarily in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro to create engaging video content
  • Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, and music to enhance video quality
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video content
  • Optimise videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Create end screens and calls-to-action for marketing videos

Graphic Design

  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Design social media graphics, posts, and stories
  • Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and presentations
  • Develop visual content that aligns with brand guidelines
  • Design email newsletter graphics and web assets
  • Produce infographics and promotional materials as needed

General Administration

  • Manage and organise digital files and documentation
  • Support with data entry and spreadsheet management
  • Coordinate with team members on various projects
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video editing is essential – must provide portfolio examples
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment for remote work

Your portfolio must include video editing and graphic design examples.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
