Responsibilities

  • Supervise regulatory processes: FDA registration, LTO renewals, and inspections
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure complete documentation and compliance
  • Lead product audits and ensure proper storage, dispensing, and disposal
  • Train and guide inventory staff on quality handling procedures
  • Address product-related customer concerns in coordination with suppliers
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions from audit results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Licensure: Valid Pharmacy licensed in Philippines
  • With 2+ year experience in FDA/regulatory compliance preferred
  • Knowledgeable in FDA processes, LTO, and quality assurance standards
