About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Regulatory Pharmacist (Product Knowledge & Development) who will be our go-to teammate for product learning and education.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver and support product knowledge trainings to strengthen internal expertise.
  • Create clear, engaging, and compliant product content for customers and live selling sessions.
  • Support compliance tasks like FDA, LTO, and warehouse documentation to help ensure our supplements meet standards.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and entry-level licensed Pharmacists who want to launch their careers in a dynamic, purpose-driven SME.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and support product knowledge trainings for staff.
  • Help create compliant product materials for marketing, live selling, and customer education.
  • Assist with compliance documentation (LTO, FDA, warehouse).
  • Prepare and organize files for audits and inspections.
  • Stay updated on FDA guidelines and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Pharmacist (PRC license required).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome — we'll train and mentor you.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
