  • At least 2 years of experience as Site HR in construction operation
  • Computer literate using MS office and other applicable software
  • Strong personality and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of workers
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve workers complaints or needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
