Role Title: Finance Project/ Transformation (Senior Manager Level)

BGC Taguig, Day shift; Onsite/Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management:
     Coordinating the transition plan, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration of financial activities and systems with minimal operational downtime.
  • Process Improvement:
     Analyzing existing internal financial processes and policies, standardizing best practices, and driving automation and digitalization efforts.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
     Serving as a key internal coordinator, building relationships with various departments (e.g., IT, Supply Chain, Commercial teams), and managing expectations during the transition.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
     Ensuring adherence to internal controls, accounting principles and regulatory requirements throughout the transition.
  • Analysis and Post-Mortem Review:
     Evaluating the financial impact of changes and conducting post-implementation analysis to compare actual results with original business plans.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • CS&SC functions, Strategy & Transformation, Data & Analytics and/or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in one of the following areas: Project management, Transformation, Strategy, CS&SC functions, Business, Finance.
  • Effective communicator and can relate well with all levels in the organization
  • Problem solving skills and innovative mindset to solve business challenges
  • Holds a bachelor's degree
    (w/ MBA or post graduate - preferred but not required)
  • PMP, Six Sigma Certifications
    (preferred but not required)
