Responsibilities:
- Handle billing
- Assist with payroll processing and prepare necessary documents
- Maintain proper filing system for both hard and soft copies
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Provide clerical support including data entry, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course or with relevant experience
- Entry-level or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of billing and payroll processes is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Organized and able to manage files and documents efficiently
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
