RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling appointments.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as Admin Assistant/Executive Secretary or equivalent.
- Experience in exercising discretion and confidentiality with high accountability.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
