DATA ENTRY
Input, update, and maintain various data in the company's databases or systems accurately.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Regularly review and correct any discrepancies in data entries.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT:
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
Ensure all documents are correctly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
Assist in the creation of reports or documents as needed.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
Assist in the preparation of administrative reports and presentations.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
COORDINATION:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and communication.
Provide assistance to other staff members when required.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Regularly audit data entry activities to maintain high levels of accuracy and completeness.
Report any issues or potential improvements in the data entry process to management.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION: College Level
Experience: Proven experience as a Data Encoder, Office Clerk, or similar role.
SKILLS:
Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Forms).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software or systems as required.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,600.00 per month
