Your Impact


As a BI Developer, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full data lifecycle — from designing and maintaining ETL pipelines and performing data cleansing, to ensuring data quality and implementing warehousing best practices. You will also develop and deliver intuitive dashboards and reports that empower teams with accurate, timely, and actionable information.

What You'll Drive Forward

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into the data warehouse.

  • Implement robust data cleansing and data quality controls to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of datasets.

  • Architect and optimize data warehouse structures (star/snowflake schemas, indexing, partitioning) for high performance and scalability.

  • Monitor and tune data pipelines to achieve optimal performance, minimizing latency and resource usage.

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS) tailored to business requirements.

  • Partner with business units to translate analytical needs into BI solutions and data models.

  • Document processes, data definitions, and workflow standards to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.

  • Stay current with BI, analytics, and data engineering trends, tools, and best practices.

What Powers Your Drive

  • Proven experience with ETL tools and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, SSIS, etc).

  • Hands on experience with tabular SSAS

  • Strong knowledge of data cleansing, data validation, and quality assurance techniques.

  • Hands on experience with relational and dimensional data modeling for warehouses.

  • Proficiency in BI visualization tools.

  • Solid SQL skills, including query optimization.

  • Understanding of query performance tuning, indexing strategies, and warehouse optimization.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

  • Detail oriented mindset with strong problem solving abilities.
