As an Offshore Merchandising Support Specialist, you will manage product uploads, maintain catalog accuracy, and ensure timely SKU processing. You'll support seasonal campaigns, organize product data, and help keep collections updated so global customers enjoy a smooth, fresh, and consistent shopping experience.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, data cleanup, and basic formulas
• Experience working with structured data, spreadsheets, and product catalogs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes accurately
• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify is preferred
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data and repetitive tasks with consistency
• Highly organized and self-managed, able to meet daily and weekly targets
• Excellent written English for clear communication with the onshore team

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage product upload processes, preparing and importing data into Shopify or similar systems
• Maintain and update spreadsheets for product information and tagging
• Tag, categorize, and assign attributes based on merchandising guidelines and trends
• Ensure data accuracy and formatting standards before upload
• Track and reduce catalog backlog and publish SKUs quickly
• Support collection setup for trend-based and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with onshore teams to clarify requirements and resolve inconsistencies
• Perform catalog hygiene tasks, identify missing attributes, and update media/data
• Document and follow SOPs for tagging, data entry, and uploads
• Contribute to measurable performance outcomes (SKU upload targets, accuracy rates, backlog reduction)
