Job Overview:

As a high-performing Sales Representative at HelloFresh, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through engaging, courteous, and effective communication. You will be part of a high-energy, supportive team environment, working closely with Team Leaders and Trainers to ensure you have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Your passion for connecting with people and helping them discover our flexible subscription plans and delicious recipes will be essential in building customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage Customers: Build positive relationships through each call or interaction, delivering a high standard of customer service and tailored sales pitches.

  • Drive Sales: Present attractive offers and promotions, effectively communicating the benefits of HelloFreshs subscription services and product range.

  • Gather Feedback: Conduct outbound calls to collect customer feedback and insights, helping to continuously improve the customer experience.

  • Educate and Inform: Provide clear and helpful information about our flexible subscription options, promoting our wide variety of recipes, products, and services.

  • Achieve Targets: Work proactively towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets set by management.

  • Contribute to Improvements: Suggest enhancements to internal sales processes and procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Represent the Brand: Act as a brand ambassador for HelloFresh, always reflecting our values and standards in your interactions.

  • Policy and System Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, tools, and systems to provide accurate and efficient support.
