About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team at GOLDEN ARROWHEAD MANPOWER SERVICES INC.' in San Juan City Metro Manila. As a Service Crew, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position that requires exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanour
  2. Providing prompt and efficient table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables
  3. Ensuring that the dining area is clean, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  4. Assisting with food preparation tasks as needed
  5. Communicating effectively with the kitchen and management team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
  6. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or café environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. A positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team
  4. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
  6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
