DUTIES:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs or questions.
  • Provide product information and recommendations.
  • Take customer orders accurately.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.

Cashier and Transaction Management

  • Process payments accurately using cash, credit cards, or other payment methods.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register.
  • Issue receipts, change, and handle returns or exchanges.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and other necessary documentation.

Operations and Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • Stock shelves and organize displays.
  • Replenish supplies and monitor inventory.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines.
  • Assist with other daily store activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or cashier experience.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaint
