Sales Manager _Solar, Construction and Electrical

We are a German-Filipino company with business engagements in industrial and renewable energy business. Our Company is located in a world –class industrial subdivision south of Manila with more than 100 employees and has been in the business for more than 25 years.

We invite applicants to fill in the position described below. Compensation package is open commensurate to qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribution to the company's bottom line profit through sales generation by efficient and effective sales management that will fully meet the customer expectations in a clearly superior manner that encourages purchases from the customer over the offers of competitors
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for construction, solar, and electrical product/service lines
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities
  • Set sales targets and create plans to achieve monthly and annual goals
  • Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and partnerships
  • Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations
  • Attend client meetings, project inspections, and bid conferences
  • Build relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, developers, and corporate clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries
  • Manage client accounts from initial inquiry to project turnover
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with the operations, engineering, and technical teams for project requirements
  • Ensure project specifications requested by clients are understood and properly relayed
  • Track project progress and update clients accordingly
  • Participate in site assessments related to solar, electrical, or construction projects
  • Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and bid documents
  • Maintain complete and organized records of sales transactions and documents
  • Lead and supervise the sales team
  • Set KPIs and conduct performance evaluations
  • Train and mentor new sales staff
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and progress reviews
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Forecast revenue, sales pipeline, and market demand
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS Degree in Engineering and 5+ years sales experienced in construction, electrical, or solar or new business.

· Strong technical knowledge in electrical/solar/construction systems

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· With leadership experience and ability to manage teams

  • Ability to plan and execute strong strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php65,000.00 per month
