Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement & Sourcing Officer, based in Makati City. The officer will be responsible for managing the procurement cycle, including creating purchase orders, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring timely purchasing of goods and services. The role also includes analyzing market trends and supplier performance, maintaining supplier relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The Procurement & Sourcing Officer will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient sourcing processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Procurement, Purchasing, and managing Purchase Orders
  • Experience with Contract Negotiation and vendor relationship management
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing market trends, supplier performance, and cost optimization
  • Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the foodservice or restaurant industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
