As a
Procurement Officer
, you will manage end-to-end purchasing activities across food and non-food categories, using Odoo to track inventory, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate supplier records. You'll support cost-control initiatives, monitor stock levels, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely, efficient procurement that sustains smooth hospitality operations.

Shift: Day shift, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM SGT, weekends off

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2 to 3 years' relevant experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with hands-on use of Odoo
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to accuracy, documentation, and procurement record management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven negotiation and problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional, proactive team player aligned with shared values
  • Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or multi-unit environments is an advantage

Your Daily Tasks

  • Update inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Maintain complete purchasing records, including pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
  • Conduct market research on suppliers, pricing, and product availability
  • Monitor stock levels and anticipate future procurement needs
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams and internal departments on inventory planning
  • Support budget monitoring and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare regular procurement and expenditure reports
  • Manage supplier negotiations and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Execute tactical sourcing for food and non-food categories
  • Drive alignment of procurement processes across units
  • Support cost control initiatives
  • Perform additional procurement tasks as requested by management
