DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents
- Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Office Administration or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; at least 1 year of secretary, office admin experience is an advantage
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
