We invite you to be a part of our dynamic team at Love and Bravery, as we seek to create a collection of statement pieces and everyday wear for the modern woman.

You will be in charge of editing polished, high-quality images from e-commerce photoshoots and producing dynamic short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads, and YouTube Shorts. In collaboration with the Creative and Marketing team, you'll help bring our brand vision to life and create content that boosts engagement across all platforms.

This is a remote, part-time position.

Video Editing

  • Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Resize and reformat content for multiple platforms, ensuring consistency across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Adapt master edits into platform-specific versions, maintaining correct aspect ratios, pacing, and file formats.
  • Create engaging edits using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Work across a range of formats, from social-first edits to longer-form branded content.
  • Stay updated on viral formats, trending audios, and visual trends within the fashion space.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing team to deliver content optimized for each platform and audience.
  • Make revisions based on internal feedback.
  • Ensure consistency across all photo/video edits & content assets to be in line with brand art direction.

About you:

You're the perfect mix of creative and technical, all-around go-getter, fast-working, takes initiative, and gets the job done.

  • Portfolio is a MUST.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop
  • Skilled in Premiere Pro with proven editing expertise
  • Strong understanding of colour theory and advanced image/video editing techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Sharp attention to detail with a strong eye for visual aesthetics
  • Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
