Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role for a Deputy Branch Manager at ABA Bank. The Deputy Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensure quality customer service delivery, and assist in achieving business targets. The role involves managing the team, monitoring performance, driving sales, and ensuring operational compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Deputy Branch Manager will build relationships with customers, provide financial solutions, and contribute to the growth of the bank.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent knowledge of banking services, financial processes, and operational compliance
  • Customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in sales and business development within the banking sector
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in digital banking systems and financial tools is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
