Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Licensed Engineer (PRC) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management or engineering roles in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, and implementation.
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD, and SolidWorks or other engineering design software.
  • Familiar with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure, met tight deadlines, and perform filed validations as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate communication between teams for project aspects that do not involve cost changes.

  2. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.

  3. Act as the point of contact for project status updates, ensuring alignment among internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

  4. Break projects into manageable actions and establish timelines.

  5. Track project milestones, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.

  6. Analyze project risks and opportunities to mitigate potential issues.

  7. Monitor project progress and proactively handle any problems that arise.

  8. Work with the Production Planning Manager to resolve workflow blockers.

  9. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all project-related documents, including:

As-built Drawings – Verify that final project conditions match design intent.

Certificates of Compliance (COC) – Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Packing Lists – Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.

Overlay Drawings – Compare and verify drawings against actual site conditions to prevent discrepancies.

  1. Issue legal paperwork (e.g., contracts, terms of agreement) in coordination with the Purchasing Department.

  2. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

  3. Supervise site and factory execution to ensure adherence to specifications.

  4. Conduct quality assurance tests to confirm standards and requirements are met.

  5. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

  6. Facilitate field orientation for staff, ensuring a clear understanding of project details.

  7. Monitor field staff activities, including Clock In Clock Out (CICO), allowances, and reported issues.

  8. Organize and participate in customer progress meetings to address technical concerns.

  9. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

  10. Use tools to monitor working hours, project plans, and expenditures

Perform other quality control functions as required.
