Job Overview:

The Marketing Specialist for Social Media & Content works closely with the marketing team, leading the management of Caravan Food Group, Inc.'s brand presence across digital platforms. They support achievement of the department's objectives and key results by ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand communication across these platforms with the target audience. They work closely with collaborators and stakeholders on the end-to-end process of content creation and communications, from developing initial ideas to overseeing calendars and campaigns, to follow throughs and gathering feedback for improvement. They are ultimately responsible for strengthening both brand awareness and customer engagement through timely content creation and execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage social media calendars (IG, FB, TikTok, and Youtube) across brands, ensuring consistent posting and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Develop social media concepts, campaigns, and content strategies tailored to each brand's identity and target audience.
  • Coordinate with Creatives for the development of asset (graphics, videos, copy), ensuring that these are aligned to the intended campaigns and completed on time.
  • Communicate with Branch Managers and on-site staff for localized messaging
  • Run boosting and paid ads, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions while staying within the budget.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend date-drive improvements
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand campaigns and promotional calendars
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms changes, and competitor activities.
  • Respond to customer comments, inquiries, and messages on social platforms in coordination with CSR
  • Support influencer collaborations and content partnerships as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in an F&B industry. Fresh graduates with extensive related background may be considered
  • Strong understanding of social media tools and platforms
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive and bale to work both independently and as part of a team Experience running Meta and Instagram ad campaigns
